The "STIGA CASHBACK" campaign (hereinafter also referred to as the "Promotion") is organized by STIGA S.p.A., Via del Lavoro 6, Castelfranco Veneto, Italy (hereinafter also referred to as STIGA for short).




  1. The participating countries are Italy, UK, Germany, Austria, Spain, France, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Benelux and Czech Republic (hereinafter also referred to as the "Participating Countries"). 
  2. The STIGA UK CASHBACK promotion starts on 02.05.2022 and ends on 05.06.2022 ("Purchase and Promotion Period"). In order to participate in the Promotion, Customers (hereinafter also referred to as "Participants”) must purchase one or more of the Promotional Products during this Purchase and Promotion period.
  3. The closing date for the purchase of the promotional products is therefore 05.06.2022, 23.59 CET. Participation is possible up to these dates.
  4. The deadline for the relevant receipts for all participating countries is 03.07.2022 at 23:59 CET. The respective receipt must be uploaded by this date at the latest. All receipts uploaded during this period regarding the purchases of the promotional products made during this period are eligible to participate.
  5. After purchasing one or more promotional products, the consumer must register their product(s) on the Mountfield website:
  6.  The consumer will be required to upload the valid and readable receipt/proof of purchase in the appropriate field. The following formats are accepted: jpg, .png, .pdf with a maximum file size of 4 MB in total.  If the receipt is incomplete or unreadable or is incorrectly proven during an upload of any purchased promotional products or insufficient quantity or value, the entire participation is invalid.  At the same time as the upload, the customer must provide his personal data correctly for the account creation. The personal data is the full name of the customer, their bank details and a valid e-mail address. In addition, the customer must include some details of the receipt (serial number, article code, model name), proof and date of purchase in the appropriate fields.  The data is then checked for correctness and completeness.  If all data is correct, the refund (credit note) will be made within 4 weeks to the bank account specified by the customer. The repayment will be made by EMIRAT AG, Elisabethplatz 1, 80796 Munich, Germany.
  7. STIGA reserves the right to demand the original receipt for any checks until the end of the promotion.
  8. A combination with other vouchers or promotions is not possible. Payment claims are not transferable to third parties.

  1. Private end customers aged 18 and over residing in the participating countries are eligible to participate. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible to participate, including on behalf of end customer communities.
  2. A statutory or contractual right of withdrawal must not have been exercised.
  3. A cash payment or the sending of a check is excluded.
  4. STIGA reserves the right to exclude from participation persons who are suspected of using unauthorized aids when participating in the promotion or otherwise trying to gain advantages for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In such cases, the refusal of reimbursement may be considered. In suspected cases, the agency commissioned by STIGA or STIGA himself can demand the original receipt for verification.
  5. The participant is entitled to withdraw from participation in the promotion at any time.



  1. When purchasing one or more promotional products during the specified participation period through a single purchase with a receipt, the customer will receive the following refunds as part of the promotion:

£0.00 – £249.99                               £    0.00 (no refund)

£250.00 – £499.99:                         £  50.00 refund

£500.00 – £999.99:                         £  75.00 refund

Over £1000:                                     £200.00 refund


 A subsequent correction of the transmitted address data is not possible.



  1. If not, all documents have been submitted in time and in full within the registration period, there is no entitlement to a cashback payment (refund).
  2. Participants who register incomplete information and/or submit incomplete receipts may be excluded from the promotion.
  3. If there is a reason for exclusion, STIGA is entitled - even retrospectively - to revoke and reclaim credits that have already been paid.




  1. STIGA assumes no liability for the fact that the registration page and any links are available and are technically error-free and completely retrievable by the participant. In particular, no liability is assumed within the legal limits for damages and losses or deletions of data resulting from technical malfunctions or delays, viruses or similar reasons.
  2. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, in particular the bank details.
  3. STIGA assumes no liability for technical failures that lead to the unavailability of the offer, data loss, in particular by way of data transmission, and other technical defects outside the sphere of influence of STIGA, unless there is gross negligence or intent. 
  4. In the event of non-delivery of the repayment, no further refund attempt will be made.



  1. STIGA reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the promotion at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, a proper execution of the action cannot be guaranteed, in particular in the event of force majeure.
  2. Claims for performance and damages of the participant in the event of premature termination of the promotion in accordance with Section VI.1. are excluded.
  3. STIGA is entitled to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time. In the event of a change in the conditions of participation, the participant will be informed immediately by e-mail; the participant will be granted a reasonable period of time within which he can object to the new conditions of participation. The amended conditions of participation shall be deemed to have been approved if the participant does not object within the deadline. The participant may not refuse his consent without substantial reasons. 



  1. STIGA will store and process the collected participant data, i.e., name, address, e-mail address, the specified bank account and the receipt only for the execution of the promotion.
  2. If the present personal data is no longer needed for the implementation of the action, STIGA will delete or block them.



  1. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and STIGA are subject exclusively to Italian law. Legal recourse is excluded.
  2. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision which, within the scope of what is legally possible, comes closest to what was originally intended. The same applies to loopholes.
  3. Changes to the conditions of participation will be made in text form. This also applies to the cancellation of this formal requirement itself.
  4. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, the registered office of STIGA.
