June is upon us already! It’s hard to believe six months of the year has already gone!
Spring began wet and then the weather turned dry with blue skies, albeit with cold northerly winds, particularly in the south west! May then was mainly dry with warm temperatures.
The garden is buzzing with life in May, and your lawn should be too!

May is with us, the days are getting warmer and those cold easterly winds have departed.
A word of caution however. There is still time for a late spring frost, so be careful about ‘hardening off’ delicate annual plants outside.

The weather in February with its constant, cold, wet weather seemed to go on and on throughout the month. So much for our hopes of an early start in 2025.
British gardeners however are nothing if not optimistic, so let’s hope March ‘gets us growing!’
