Ideal for smaller lawns, the VE32 mains electric scarifier has a 1,300 watt induction motor and 32cm/13" working width. The rotor is fitted with twelve 155mm diameter metal blades which remove thatch and weeds.  Fitted with working height settings of 3, 6 and 10mm, which are easy to control using a single lever.

Supplied with a 40 litre collection bag, the VE32 scarifier can be also used quite safely without the collector and also features an operator presence controlled safety cut-out switch.

Scarifying improves the quality of your lawn in several ways.  It will remove organic layers of thatch, moss and dead grass whilst breaking up the surface of compacted soil and retarding the growth of weeds.  Removing thatch and weeds in this way allows water, air and nutrients to reach grass roots more easily, resulting in lush growth.
